About Speakeasel Studio
Back in the 1920's and early 1930's, speakeasies were hidden sections of an establishment that were used to secretly indulge in alcoholic beverages during the Prohibition. Ordinary people would gather together all over the United States in these hidden locations to drink, dance and enjoy jazz bands.

Now, "the times, they are a-changing". People from all walks of life are gathering together, in all types of establishments, secretly indulging in the creation of art, having drinks and enjoying the time they share with each other and their newfound talent.

Starting in the early 1990's, the department of education has slowly created an Art prohibition. Drawing, painting and creating art has all but disappeared in our schools and if you weren't born with the ability, it was frowned upon to do such activities.

At Speakeasel Studio, we are all about creating that secret place that you and your friends can escape to and indulge in creating good times, memories and Art. Whether we meet at our "secret" studio location or somewhere else you choose, our job is to let you enjoy your ability to create art!
